COURSE DESCRIPTION

A beauty center assistant is able to welcome the customers and carry out an initial analysis of the heir needs,  to advise the customer about the different types of treatments offered. To perform some treatments such as manicures and some massage techniques; to enhance the image and physical well-being of the client.
A beauty center assistant can collaborate with beauty centres, Spas, salons, massage centres.

At the end of the training course the following skills will be acquired:

• organize the workstation and the activities in copmpliance with cleanliness, hygiene and safety conditions
• manage the relationship with the customer
• perform an initial exploratory investigation into the customer’s needs and desires
• collaborate in the implementation of beauty treatments performing basic services as manicure, facial cleaning
• keep the work environment and professional equipment tidy and clean
• support the running of the store with regards to the management of simple operations related to payment and the management of goods in the warehouse
• operate in compliance with current regulations regarding hygiene, safety, accident prevention and environmental protection
• organize the service according to quality standards and keep the working environment tidy
